At Golden Motor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the original items in their secure packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
